A mashup of the words Parañaque and Kalye, Parqal by Aseana stays true to its name with a modern alleyway that takes from the material palette of Parañaque’s streetscape and combines the warmth of wood, the strength of concrete, and the sophistication of steel.
Aseana Parqal is a mixed-use development by Aseana Holdings, Inc., located on a 49,136-sqm site in Aseana City, Parañaque. A linear park, traversing three blocks, connects the buildings.
The first two floors cater to commercial establishments while the upper floors cater to corporate offices. The park acts as a passage that invites not just those with business inside the development but also passers-by curious about what this new destination has to offer.
